At YOSOY, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
